Ingredients
- 1 mini seedless watermelon
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup soju
- 1/4 cup Sprite
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Cut the watermelon in half. Using a round spoon, scoop out half spheres in a clockwise motion, then set aside. Scoop the remaining watermelon and pour it into a blender.
- In the blender, add 1 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of soju and 1/4 cup of Sprite; blend until smooth.
- Rehydrate mint leaves in ice-cold water.
- Fill the watermelon bowl with ice and blended watermelon soju you just made.
- Garnish with the watermelon half spheres you scooped from earlier and fresh mint leaves.
